This is a full body interval training workout that incorporates strength and cardio for all levels, beginner to advanced! Small to medium size hand weights (or water bottles, soup cans, whatever works for you!) recommended.
UrbanKick and Sculpt
First 30 minutes - Urbankick (Get ready to punch, kick, squat and lunge your way to a fun-filled cardiovascular workout while torching calories!), 2nd half is muscle sculpting exercises with the use of weights (or water bottles, soup cans, whatever works for you!)
No weights, no worry! All you need is YOU! Get ready to unleash your inner athlete with cardio conditioning and bodyweight strength training. 45 minutes of high intensity interval training and core work. This class IS for all levels!
45 minutes of Urbankick (Get ready to punch, kick, squat and lunge your way to a fun-filled cardiovascular workout while torching calories!), and we’ll finish off with 15 minutes of awesome abs!
Step It Up
Grab that step bench if you have it and join me for some step choreography! Don't have a bench, no worries, you can follow the same routine on the floor (less impact on the knees). We'll end the hour with some upper body training and abs!
