Step-N-Sculpt

Grab that step bench if you have it and join me for some step choreography!  Don't have a bench, no worries, you can follow the same routine on the floor (less impact on the knees). We'll end the hour with some upper body training and abs!

EQUIPMENT: Step bench is recommended but not required.

Benderball Abs

Experience a core workout like never before! The Bender Ball allows you to work your core in ways you are unable to do so with standard floor crunches or large stability balls.

 

EQUIPMENT: Benderball is recommended but not required. Bender Balls available for $10.

UrbanKick

45 minutes of Urbankick (Get ready to punch, kick, squat and lunge your way to a fun-filled cardiovascular workout while torching calories!), and we’ll finish off with 15 minutes of awesome abs!

EQUIPMENT: None

Spin Express

Enjoy a 30 minute ride and 5 minute cool down!

EQUIPMENT: Spin bike.

CardioSculpt

This is a full body interval training workout that incorporates strength and cardio for all levels, beginner to advanced!  Small to medium size hand weights (or water bottles, soup cans, whatever works for you!) recommended.

 

EQUIPMENT: Small to medium size hand weights recommended but not required.

No weights, no worry! All you need is YOU! Get ready to unleash your inner athlete with cardio conditioning and bodyweight strength training. 45 minutes of high intensity interval training and core work. This class IS for all levels!

EQUIPMENT: None

UrbanKick and Sculpt 

First 30 minutes - Urbankick (Get ready to punch, kick, squat and lunge your way to a fun-filled cardiovascular workout while torching calories!), 2nd half is muscle sculpting exercises with the use of weights (or water bottles, soup cans, whatever works for you!)

EQUIPMENT: Small to medium size hand weights recommended but not required.

VicStrong Hour of Power

Flex it Up and enjoy a non-stop, total body strength and toning workout to get you lean and fit! 

EQUIPMENT: Barbell is optional but you will need some small weights.
